After years of exploration into why people, organisations and societies consistently come up against the same problems, we settled on one simple finding – the root cause of many of our problems is lack of intelligence. But what exactly do we mean by this? And what can we do about it? We are not talking here about lack of information or lack of intellect. If anything, we have a little too much of these. We are talking about the absence of something much deeper, something that is at the very heart of what it is to be human. We recognise it when we see it or experience it, but it difficult to put words to it. When we walk in nature, we experience intelligence. It is the intelligence that is everywhere in the natural world. When we listen to wise people, we experience their intelligence, which goes far beyond IQ and EQ. When we observe a child at play or see an animal hunting, listen to beautiful music or watch a spectacular thunderstorm, we experience intelligence in some of its different forms. Intelligence is brilliant, powerful, liberating and alive. It is our birthright and at the core of who we are. The problem is that we sometimes forget to get in touch with it. If we did get in touch with it, not only would it improve our lives in so many ways, it would also be something we could build on. Can anyone become more intelligent? For many people, intelligence is narrowly interpreted as intellect or IQ. They believe that this is more or less fixed throughout their life. We disagree. We believe that, no matter where you start, no matter who you are or what age you are, you can always become more intelligent. How do we know this? We know this because we have experienced it ourselves and because we have seen it in others. How do we do it? The essence of our work is to put you in touch with who you really are and with what you are capable of becoming. This involves you being willing to do this, but it also involves “unlearning” the many habits and patterns that block your natural intelligence. Fortunately, the process of becoming more intelligent is a virtuous circle. The more intelligent you become, the easier it is to become even more intelligent! We offer talks, courses, workshops and a coaching methodology that give you the opportunity to experience your “intelligence potential” for yourself. Once you have learned some basic principles, you can then go on to develop it as much as you wish. There appears to be no upper limit. Indeed, the only thing that will limit your intelligence is you.
